The Flat is our downstairs studio apartment. It features a large open floor plan, including a newly custom built kitchen; perfect for eating in. The Flat has a Queen bed as well as a pullout sofa, accommodating up to 4 guests. With 1.5 bathrooms and a in-unit washer & dryer, you will feel right at home in the Flat.
